Community Learning Centres (CLCs) – Bridging Educational Gaps and Empowering Communities

Forward Foundation’s Community Learning Centres (CLCs) serve as transformative spaces dedicated to education, skill development, and community empowerment across India. Established in regions with high illiteracy rates, economic hardships, and educational disparities, these centres provide remedial tuition, computer literacy programs, vocational training, and community engagement activities. By collaborating with local panchayats, educational institutions, and training organizations, CLCs bridge gaps in education, empower underserved communities, and equip individuals with the skills needed for sustainable livelihoods and personal growth. From the conflict-affected lanes of Shiv Vihar, Delhi, to the remote villages of Assam, West Bengal, Haryana and Kashmir, CLCs continue to inspire change and transform lives.
